We're Changing How Young People Learn About Money

Founded in Cardiff with a simple belief: financial education shouldn't wait until you're drowning in debt or struggling to make ends meet.

Young people collaborating

Why We Started

Three years ago, we noticed a pattern. Bright, capable teenagers entering adulthood with no practical understanding of budgeting, saving, or financial planning.

They could solve complex equations but couldn't balance a simple budget. They understood photosynthesis but not compound interest.

The problem wasn't intelligence. It was opportunity. Nobody was teaching these essential life skills in a way that actually stuck.

Education concept

Our Mission

To equip every young person in Cardiff with the financial skills and confidence they need to build a secure future, regardless of their background or starting point.

Practical First

Theory matters, but only if it translates to real-world application. Every concept we teach has immediate practical value.

No Shame, No Judgement

Money mistakes are learning opportunities, not failures. We create safe spaces where questions are encouraged and confusion is normal.

Age-Appropriate Always

A seven-year-old needs different tools than a seventeen-year-old. We meet young people exactly where they are developmentally.

Teaching approach

Our Approach

We don't lecture. We facilitate discovery. Young people learn by doing, experimenting, and yes, sometimes making controlled mistakes in safe environments.

Our workshops blend individual reflection, group activities, and real-world scenarios. Participants leave with tools, not just information.

Most importantly, we make it relevant. We don't talk about mortgages to twelve-year-olds. We talk about managing pocket money, saving for desired items, and understanding value.

Who We Are

Our team combines expertise in finance, education, and youth development. We're former teachers, financial advisors, and parents who share a passion for empowering young people.

Our Impact So Far
