About Our Services

grimrock-path provides financial education programmes for children and teenagers in Cardiff, United Kingdom. Our services include workshops, courses, and educational materials designed to teach practical money management skills.

Eligibility

Our programmes are designed for children and teenagers aged 7-18. Enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a child for our programmes, you confirm that you have parental responsibility for the child.

Registration and Accounts

When you register for our programmes, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your registration

Programme Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

Programme enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreement of a payment plan. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due before the first session unless a payment plan has been arranged
  • Payment plans must be agreed in writing and adhered to
  • Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension from the programme

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You

  • More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus £25 administrative fee
  • 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before start: No refund
  • After programme starts: No refund for remaining sessions

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programmes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel:

  • You will receive a full refund or credit toward another programme
  • We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred

Missed Sessions

If a participant misses a session, no refund or credit is provided. We will provide session materials and, where possible, brief catch-up support.

Programme Participation

Attendance

Regular attendance is important for programme effectiveness. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually.

Behavior Expectations

Participants must:

  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Follow programme guidelines and instructions
  • Not disrupt sessions or interfere with others' learning

We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely attendance
  • Informing us of any relevant circumstances affecting their child
  • Supporting their child's engagement with programme materials
  • Collecting children promptly after sessions

Intellectual Property
